In February YC108 Russian Confederation RED Alliance was a big player in this part of New Eden. But the Coalition of the South was rising. Eager to reclaim what they believed was their rightful homeland, a 400-ship armada, one of the biggest in New Eden history, swooped in on RED territory. The Russian Alliance began to fall apart system by system. But Russians, as Uncle Kirill claims, are tough people and they planned a hard resistance in the Insmother region, with their Dreadnought-class brand-new fleet.
In the tumultuous realm of New Eden, the RED Alliance of the Russian Confederation once reigned supreme until the ascendant Coalition of the South threatened their sovereignty. Despite a devastating defeat and a mass exodus, a resilient band of 70 battle-scarred pilots vowed to resist, employing cunning guerrilla tactics to puncture the invincible Coalition's armor. Their defiance culminated in a dramatic showdown in C-J6MT, where they valiantly held their ground in a staggering five-to-one skirmish, leaving a legacy of unyielding determination etched in the cosmic tapestry of New Eden's history.
 
The battle was a disaster, and RED began to fall apart with many members packing up and evacuating the region. Only a small force of 70 battle-hardened pilots refused to evacuate. They vowed to resist and hide while the Coalition of the South overwhelmed their systems. They trained as resistance fighters waiting for a chance to strike down the Coalition at every cost.
 
As time passed these 70 guerrilla pilots became the most finely tuned fighting force in New Eden making hit-and-run guerrilla operations behind enemy lines. But they knew they could not win a war by winning small battles. The Guerrilla fighters decided to strike with a sneak attack in C-J6MT destroying all possible South Coalition property and quickly erecting defenses knowing that the Coalition of the South’s main forces would be coming soon to regain control of the system.
On May 25 YC108 the Coalition’s 400 ship Armada warped into C-J6MT to crush RED guerrilla with a final blow. RED fighters were outnumbered five to one but were prepared and their Commander gave the order to counterattack. The battle lasted hours but, when the smoke cleared, the Russian defense was still standing, although there were big losses and the Coalition’s grand armada was wrecked the Russian revenge war was only at the beginning.

A covops-capable ship is a good choice. C-J6MT is deep in 0.0 space, involving jumps across a number of different alliance territories, many of which may be operating under “Not Blue, Shoot It” protocol. Gate camps (including warp interdiction bubbles) can be found often in transitioning from 0.0 to high or low security space, as well as on other gates. Caution is advised.
TRAVEL NOTE:
System is accessible via wormhole, needlejack filament, or through many jumps across a number of different alliance territories. The route in is likely to be camped.
