Introduction
Welcome to PPG-XC, a mesmerizing location where you will discover "a ring inside a ring." The Cloud Ring nebula provides a stunning backdrop to an impressive formation of silvery-white stalagmites, encircled by twin stations that display exquisite Gallente architecture. The site is enveloped in a blue-purple cloud that sparkles with dazzling and unusual firefly-like objects hovering around.
However, it's crucial to be aware of the security measures in place, as it's guarded by four formidable pilots: Valedt Midalle (level 4 Gallente COSMOS, piloting a Dominix), Dars Amene (level 4 Gallente COSMOS, piloting a Brutix), Ovon Flac (level 4 Gallente COSMOS, piloting a Megathron), and Mavermois Ruemin (level 4 Gallente COSMOS, piloting a Tristan). So, it's advisable not to mess with them.
