This site is vast, the first thing you see is a massive 3x3 particle acceleration superstructure that is all burnt up by some kind of explosion. The second thing you notice are two towering rocks, a metallic one and a cloven red one, split in multiple pieces probably damaged by the before-mentioned explosion. Lines of Zaibatsu tactical outpost and two lookout posts, dating to the Gallente-Caldari war, lay there like past monuments. Three Raven-class battleships and five Merlin-class frigates threateningly patrol the site.

At the center, near the beacon there is a Shiny Caracal, pilot tag: Tomi Hakiro, rank: First Sergeant (Shateigashira in Zaibatsu slang), and probably the boss in this part of New Eden. There is a threatening Rattlesnake-class Battleship that has a skull with rabbit ears. Guristas Pilot tag: Knaaninn Aranuri, security. Certainly, those tubes are filled with hugs! Both these guys are friendly and eager to offer a job for a nice price but only for those capsuleers that have earned respect from their faction (Hakiro: Caldari State level 4 - Aranuri: Guristas Pirates level 4 - are both COSMOS agents).
